I am currently working on the new generation of speaker units that sit inside the ear and are connected to the hearing aid itself. There are several aspects that motivate me to work at Demant. One aspect is that we are working on new products and exploring technological possibilities.
We are experimenting a lot, we have the time and tools to try new solutions and technologies. Furthermore, our R&D department is a large group of people with the same motivation. There is a good atmosphere in the team, and the number of colleagues results in a wealth of expertise, providing a greater potential to develop something clever.
Last but not least, the entire purpose of our products is highly motivating. It just brings a deeper sense of satisfaction that our products help so many people improve their quality of life.
